Roger was one of the most helpful appliance salesmen we ever met. After we had a 5-year-old GE washer lockup during the spin cycle, punch a hole in the wall and knock off the water inlet, flooding the utility room we were done with GE. We knew we wanted Speed Queen. We spoke with Roger and he spoke highly of the Speed Queen washers. Renova had one on the floor to look at. Also, Renova was the only shop that could get one in a week.
