As both a coach suggesting Renoja to clients and as an athlete myself, these recovery services have added so many comfortable training sessions back into my life. A friend referred me to Renoja after a biking accident caused a significant abrasion on one side of my face. I sat in the oxygen chamber and red light bed consistently for weeks. I firmly believe it helped with healing and scar reduction. The staff at Renoja is awesome too. Always happy to see you and encouraging…especially when you need it to step into the cryotherapy room !
Great services and staff. The facilities are always clean. Having access to services before/after hours is a huge plus.
