I really enjoyed my first time experience visiting Renoja spa. I was searching for a sauna experience and found the right place! The location and ambiance is perfect. I was welcomed in by Misty, who had such a warm and welcoming presence that made my experience even better! :-) I also enjoyed the vibration plate while in the sauna.Everything was clean and it was overall a very relaxing experience. I came out feeling brand new. I can’t wait to come back to partake again and try some of the other services.
Renoja is one of the best places in Wilmington - they offer so much in the wellness space and all of their staff are very helpful explaining all the different treatments and how to utilize them!
Wonderful experience. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. A number of different treatments for longevity and healing. Online booking is a bonus! Very pleased with my time at Renoja.
I don't know how more people don't speak up about this company and their slimy practices. I was done with my membership and cancelled any further transactions with my credit card, but they decided to go and run another card to keep charging me. When I called to speak with them, their defense came immediately and they were displaying cold and slimy business practices. There is more to this story, but that is the simple version for today.
