Renoja is one of the best places in Wilmington - they offer so much in the wellness space and all of their staff are very helpful explaining all the different treatments and how to utilize them!
Wonderful experience. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. A number of different treatments for longevity and healing. Online booking is a bonus! Very pleased with my time at Renoja.
I don't know how more people don't speak up about this company and their slimy practices. I was done with my membership and cancelled any further transactions with my credit card, but they decided to go and run another card to keep charging me. Deceptive practice's‼️ I was assured by the owner personally, that they would refund the 299$ monthly they charged me for 3 months while I had shingles. I had originally left a message that I was unable to use the facility due to my illness. My dermatologist had restricted me. Instead she decided to extend some future visits. My bank reversed the charges so they decided to go to an old bank card I had on file and charge that bank. They even had my doctor's note when they attempted taking money from my other bank account.
