These guys are fantastic! Great customer service and the vehicles are very functional and clean. Picked up a Jeep to go up to Tahoe for the weekend and everything went very smoothly. They pick you up at the luggage carousel and everything. They are also very communicative throughout your reservation.
This was the best, most convenient rental service I have ever experienced. We travel as a family of 4 all over. Knowing exactly the vehicle you will pick-up, especially when traveling with large luggage (ski equipment) is something I always worry about. Reno Tahoe Rental is a must if traveling to the area. Pick-up/Drop-off was easier than any on-site rental service I have used. Thank you to the whole team who helped me and my family!
