Connor was fantastic, top tier service all around. We were picked up on time and shuttled to our rental car. The car was in fantastic shape, very clean. Return was extremely easy and we were well taken care of. Thank you again Connor and team, we will definitely use your services again in the future!

This was absolutely the most seamless Car rental experience I have ever had. Price wise, they came in better than all of the local competitor’s and they delivered beyond expectation! Kudos to them for having for having such a strong model!

2026: Rented again from Reno Tahoe Rental Car. Again, highly reccommended!! 2023:Sincerely enjoyed my experience and car. I would certainly rent from again if I'm in the area. I encourage anyone to check them out and give them a chance!

I originally booked with them because I wanted to support a small local business. Unfortunately, my stepdad passed away, and I had to cancel my trip. They only refunded 50% of what I paid, which was really disappointing given the circumstances. I understand that businesses have cancellation policies, but I was hoping for a little more compassion during such a difficult time. I was even willing to provide an obituary or death certificate if they needed documentation, but it was never requested. Now I'm left with travel credit... read more
