This is hands down the best service I have ever received from any form of rental service. Johnny provided clear communication and coordinated with me through flight delays and helped get me a photo that I left in the rental. Beyond that he was flexible with shuttling me to and from the airport and on top of that the company covered all recharge costs for the Tesla I rented. If I'm ever back in Reno there's no other rental car agency I would go to.

Reno Tahoe Rental Car was the best rental experience we’ve had! As soon as our flight landed, Corbin reached out to welcome us to Reno and picked us up directly outside of the baggage claim. We skipped waiting in the long rental car lines and were taken in a private van to our Jeep Rubicon. Corbin was extremely kind and courteous and gave us great recommendations for the weekend. Great 24/7 service for pre-booked customers and has that cozy family-ran business vibe versus big companies, Connor and Corbin provided great service and they were kind and mindful in every way. The vehicle you see when you are booking is the actual vehicle you will drive which is great and they are in great condition and cleanness. Conveniently located right across the street from Airport.
