I'm giving 3 stars because we have used this rental car service two times before and had great experiences but I'm trying to book a rental for June and I've called and text several times over the last few weeks and heard nothing at all. Based on the most recent reviews they're still conducting business so I'm not sure why no one is answering the phone or responding to texts. Both transactions ended on good terms and there weren't any issues as far as I'm aware so if there's a problem they didn't communicate it. Disappointed ... read more

Single best car rental experience I’ve ever had!!! Johnnie tracked our flight info to pick us up after hours and shuttled us to our Jeep door from the terminal. He also gave us local recommendations and of course the Grand Cherokee was in perfect condition. 10 out of 10. We will be working with them again next time, believe the hype!
