Highly recommend Reno Tahoe rental. Booking process was smooth. We were picked up at the airport on time. The whole process took less than 15 minutes. There were no hidden fees. Cars were very clean and brand new. Drop off was very easy as well. Thank you.

This rental car company went above and beyond to help me and my husband out when we had to rush to town for a family emergency. Our last-minute flight got in around midnight and as I was scrambling to find a rental car facility that was both open late and had a vehicle available, I chanced a call to Reno Tahoe Rental Car. They were so kind (I was in floods of tears) and made the process as quick as possible so we could pack and hop on the plane. Awesome experience and the price was similar to if not better than the airport cars. Picked us up right out of Baggage Claim, drove across the street and hopped in a waiting car. Very nice vehicles, no lines. Cannot even compare to an airport experience where I stood in line 1 hour last time. This is an absolute no brainer. Don't know why anybody would rent cars at the Reno Tahoe Airport when this option is available.
