Reno Rydes did not show up for a scheduled pickup to Reno at Ceasars Republic. We complained enough with the casino (the trip was comped) until they called Lyft. We got through security about the time the plane started boarding. Barely made it on. I will NOT use Reno Rydes even if the casino is paying for it. We will make more reliable arrangements.
Amazing communication from Nani, the dispatcher who helped me book a same day ride at the last minute. Team was responsive and very communicative, would book again for future rides needed!
