The worst Customer Service in town Stay away
If you work for an airline and you’re forced to take a taxi after hours from the airport, try to avoid this one. The driver was rude, refused to go inside the hotel to receive payment, made us go and get the receptionist, and then harassed the front desk, receptionist and forced him to pay more money because “the ride is so short“ and “ This isn’t worth my time”. Car was nice and clean, though.
If I could give negative stars I would. I pre booked a ride to the airport and no driver showed up. Now scrambling to get an Uber. Don’t use this service! They will screw you over & then just say “sorry for the inconvenience”. I very rarely leave reviews but think other people should be aware of how they treat customers.
Unreliable. Booked a trip a week in advance, with email confirmation. And also phone confirmation the day before. The company called me at 4am the same day before 8am pickup that they’re not licensed to do CA ride. The trip was not in CA. Then they said they’re not license to do trips in NV part of Tahoe. Then they said they can’t send driver from Reno to Tahoe.
Reno Ryde has been a reliable ride to work in the mornings. However, you “schedule a ride” and get no confirmation. No email or follow up text to assure you that a driver is coming. God forbid you call them early in the morning. I scheduled an afternoon ride and instead of informing me that they have no drivers, they chose to not answer my phone calls. Keep it up Reno Ryde, your business won’t be around for long.
