Unprofessional & to be quite frank rude. I called to let them know I was going to be about 6-7 minutes behind but my child’s father was already there. There was miscommunication about the location we were meeting at. Then after I signed the paperwork I went to grab my daughter a brownie and the man yells asking if I can sit down to Finnish when all that was left was the payment. I won’t be asking for their services again.
Remi's service is professional and response timely. He put in extra efforts in making sure I could receive the international FedEx delivery on time for the apostille. I was able to use the documents to get the visa in time. Thanks Remi!
