Had a great massage at Reno Massage & Wellness with Jody. Super relaxed vibe, no rushing, and she really knows what she’s doing. She listened to what I needed and worked out a ton of tension without it feeling too intense. Also—shoutout to the foot work. I didn’t realize how much I needed my feet worked on until Jody did her thing. Seriously underrated and insanely relaxing. I walked out feeling lighter, looser, and way better overall.

I had an incredible experience with Jody and can’t recommend her enough, especially if you deal with chronic pain. I have scoliosis and often struggle with tension and discomfort, but Jody was extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and intuitive throughout the session. I have had several hundred massages in my life. My massage with Adrian today was definitely in the top 3. I felt very relaxed and my soreness was greatly reduced. I also liked his space. Great atmosphere.
I didn't like the massage service; the room was so cold I had to ask for blankets. I also didn't like the massage itself; it was superficial.At times Jody didn't use oil for the massage, which caused excessive friction of her hands on my skin and I felt pain, and finally she dropped the wet towel on my face.
