Tom is phenomenal. He knows the body and all the pressure points and can find where the root problem of the tightness or knot is. He is a true healer and you will come out feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Highly recommend Tom and Reno reflexology.
My massage therapist ("Jen" ) did a great job. Friendly and hit the focus spots well while balancing an entire body massage. This is my 4th time here and I keep getting great results.
I sent my 2 cousins here as a bachelorette gift. Their couples massage was good but one cousin was called “the fat one” in Chinese by the masseuse, unbeknownst that my cousin understands Chinese. Maybe they should discuss the clients in a better manner and privately. Other than that, they enjoyed the massage.
That was my first Head Spa, and it was a lovely experience, but my arms got really cold. I'm not sure if there was a way to cover my arms better, but overall very relaxing.
