My rehab stay went well. I was there 10 days. The facility is beautiful. It is new, modern, clean and comfortable. I got a single private room with walk-in shower. The television was good sized and clear, many channels. My PT and OT therapy was daily, with knowledgeable considerate therapists. It was very helpful to me in getting stronger and more mobile. My pain was managed well. The CNA staff was good with reasonable response time to my needs. They have plenty of social activities. I did attend some and they were enjoyable... read more
Horrendous communication.
This place smells like urine constantly. They sent my mother home with a bladder infection and then avoided responsibility. They then lost the heart monitor they promised they’d send back to Phillips and my mother was sent an $900 bill for the lost device. This place is very poorly managed.
