Just wanted to give a hell yeah to the staff and residents. I had a very positive experience with you all. Everyone that I had the privilege to meet, work with, and interact with were both friendly and professional. I cannot thank you enough for your patience and consideration. You should be proud of the top notch service and care that you provide. I want to give special kudos to CNA Anna, who was marvelous, and especially caring. She's an obvious asset to Rennes.
Grandma Kate has not had a shower since September 4 th which was 8 days ago because they do not have hot water. Pretty disgusting
My wife stayed at Rennes for 3 weeks of therapy. It is a wonderful place the staff was kind and caring. I recommend this facility to everyone the staff is very helpful & dedicated. The building & grounds are beautiful. It looks like a home not a facility.
