A family member went to this facility for rehab after back surgery. The staples in her back hit on the chair that was provided and it took 4 days to get one that would work. The patient had to lay in bed because they couldn't sit. Each day a chair was promised "tomorrow". The patient also had to have insulin injections for the first time in their life.
