I was admitted to Rennes after major back therapy, and found the staff very kind and professional. The PT and OT staff are great to work with. Lots of activities as well. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 star, was the quality of their meals. I found the meals to be substandard. The nurses and helpers were great. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing short term, or long term care.

Many of the workers in this facility are very kind and do a great job getting residents up and going and nurtured every day. My recent experience with my fathers disability needing full nursing care for almost 6 months gave my family and I an insight into some of these special caregivers at Rennes. They have their work cut out for them each and every day. We experience great care while in the rehab wing where they would work with Dad everyday to help him get moving and active and alertness as possible. The staff in the trell... read more

Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help

Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? No, they are almost always unavailable Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? No. I wasn't listened to at all! Are you going to visit this provider again? Not if my life depended on it Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else! Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Somewhat, I wasn't overly impressed

Please read!!! This place is absolutely the worst place I have ever witnessed. My mother was there for rehabilitation and she got very little My mother was in a hospital and had to go to a rehab facility prior to going home. They tell you they can attend to your needs but they don't. When you question them or bring something to their attention they ignore it because they feel 'they know best' which is a load of crap when they only spend 2 hours a week for therapy. A family member went to this facility for rehab after back surgery. The staples in her back hit on the chair that was provided and it took 4 days to get one that would work. The patient had to lay in bed because they couldn't sit. Each day a chair was promised "tomorrow". The patient also had to have insulin injections for the first time in their life. The nurse just came and tested and injected with no explaination. She was also complaing that her hip bone hurt. When she finally got a little upset with no chair and thinking... read more
