My Mother Helen Scott was here it was a lovely place.
Beautiful facility, great day shift staff but TERRIBLE PM and night shift staff. They were VERY demeaning to my loved one and down right rude! Do not leave your loved one there!!!! When Administration was notified they said they would talk to the staff member (but there were multiple staff that we're rude and demeaning!). Also, they aren't committed to helping patients be successful. They have meetings regarding plan of care without inviting the proper people involved.
