I called this place on January 22nd 2025 they return my call from a PRIVATE NUMBERS today Feb 2025. The woman asked me very private information she then asked where I was located and she goes on and say this place can't help due to the fact I do not reside in the jurisdiction of this clinic. My confidential information has been breach. And I will be in contact With the HUMAN RIGHTS TRIBUNAL THE RIGHT ACTIONS WILL BE TAKING. Called 2times with an issue and the first call.i explained everything. They were to get back to me . They didn't. I called a week later and had to explain everything all over again. It's been going on three weeks and ha e not heard from them. I went to Ottawa and was helped immediately. I would not recommend anynone here.
