I called this place on January 22nd 2025 they return my call from a PRIVATE NUMBERS today Feb 2025. The woman asked me very private information she then asked where I was located and she goes on and say this place can't help due to the fact I do not reside in the jurisdiction of this clinic. Called 2times with an issue and the first call.i explained everything. They were to get back to me . They didn't. I called a week later and had to explain everything all over again. It's been going on three weeks and ha e not heard from them. I went to Ottawa and was helped immediately. I would not recommend anynone here.
