Terrible, no concern for safety and road conditions other transportation services call snow days for less snow and better conditions. But some days you’ll call it for being to cold make up your mind.
Administration is rude, unhelpful, and ignorant. They just quote policy to parents and rehearsed statements when you ask questions or for route modifications. They appear to have no knowledge of the area, the route times or the logistics of routes, or pick up and drop off locations. A simple request to have my child wait on our driveway was met with the administration repeating their policies, and my request just ended up getting denied anyways.
