Great Care Centre!
My father stayed at Renfrew for 1.5 years until he passed away peacefully. I was impressed with the level of commitment to understanding my father's personality, likes, and dislikes and to catering to his health needs. Our mother, who suffers from dementia, was placed here in March 2024 after a lengthy hospital stay. We knew nothing of this care facility as others closer to where we live were on our preference list and we were more familiar with them. However, I and my family could not be happier that she ended up here. From the moment we walked in the front door, we were greeted so warmly and made to feel welcome. I am pleased with the care my wife, Shirley, is receiving at Renfrew Care Centre. The nurses, caregivers, physical and occupational therapists, activity personnel and other staff are very friendly, caring, and helpful. They always address Shirley by name. Each one treats the residents as individuals and know how to get the best out of them. For example, they know how to make Shirley smile and bring out her sense of humour. I appreciate the fact that I am kept informed with what is happening in Shirley's daily life.
