For years I dealt with lower back pain after traveling long distances for work or lifting heavy objects at the ranch. I had an initial consultation with Katie, and she is wonderful! Very professional, thorough, and interested in what my issues were. She prescribed some exercises that helped me a great deal. I highly recommend her.
I ended up having two challenges for Katie. Had a climb planned in Africa and ended up having back surgery in October 2024. Rehab and strengthening with Katie. Climbed Mount Kilimanjaro 4 months later! Coming down the mountain really messed up my knees, but Katie had a plan and again got me back to doing the things I enjoy. Katie is a ball of fire, knowledgeable,, and capable to get you to where you need to be!
I went to Katie for help in mobility and strength after 2 knee injuries and strength and mobility loss from aging. She is super positive and encouraging and has the right amount of push to help you meet your goals! Highly recommend!!!!!!
