With the increasing amount of Breath-work practitioners available, Ines is NOT just a Breath-work practitioner! First is her vast diverse experience with over 35 years as a Trauma Therapist & Somatic Therapist. Working with and healing pain and issues takes one level of skills and working with Trauma is an entirely different level of expertise. Breath-work is one of many services Ines offers; all of which are designed to help naturally regulate the mental, emotional, physical and energetic systems. To add to her certificatio... read more

I’ve done several breathwork sessions with Ines, and each one has been a powerful, transformative experience. She brings such a grounded, attuned presence—clear, attentive, and compassionate. From the start, she guided me through her somatic approach for trauma healing using conscious connected breathwork, helping me stay anchored in my body and allowing whatever needed to arise to flow naturally. Ines gently used both verbal guidance and supportive, respectful touch to help me feel safe and embodied as emotions, memories, a... read more

I’ve done a few sessions with Ines and was honestly surprised by how deep the work went. Her approach to breathwork is super grounded and body-aware—she knows how to guide you without pushing. I felt safe, supported, and more in tune with myself than I’ve been in a long time. Though I didn't initially understand how some my past experiences really are a trauma in my past, she helped me to understand my feelings and reactions to what I now understand was trauma and how to release that. Each session brought real clarity. I’ll ... read more

I had my first breathwork session with Ines, who says that she specializes in trauma healing, in person and it was such a powerful experience that I booked more—this time over Zoom. I wasn’t sure if remote sessions would feel the same, but honestly, they’ve been just as impactful. Ines has a real gift for creating a calm, grounded space. She helped me tune into my body, let the breath guide me, and gently supported whatever needed to move or be felt. Her presence is steady and intuitive, and she really knows how to hold spac... read more

Ines is deeply skilled in many body working modalities. The two Biodynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release System sessions I have had with her were healing and profound. Frankly, I was amazed at how deep into ancient trauma both sessions went. Under her skilled guidance, I touched and liberated pre-verbal pain and holding that was decades old. I feel alive, deeply relaxed, and optimistic after this work with her. She's a master healer, and I highly recommend her!
