I recently started with Stefeni after having surgery. She and I created a personal workout program and it has been perfect. Takes your goals and situation into account so it's just what you need. A fantastic place to go to work on you!
I have been with Stefenie for more than 2 years. Since working with her, I have lost 50lbs. and gone from size 42 waist to 34. My strength and endurance are vastly improved. I also get a massage every other week from Casey with excellent results. Facility is well equiped, clean and the instructors are proficient and friendly. Highly recommended.
