Wished they were still open. Had great services here at affordable prices.
I have been a customer at Renew Wellness since 2016. It is unfortunate that they can no longer be reached as I have prepaid for a $200 couples massage. Hopefully, they have accounted for unearned revenue and will make it right with long time customers.
2-29-24...Purchased a package of 3 massages few years ago. Have only used 2 b/c could NOT get through to make other apps. Recoding ALWAYS said mail-box full ! Today just tried call the #, to hear it is NOT a working #!! Has this business folded??? Moved to a new location??? On last massage owner Renee talked about her son being in college & being in business many years - but did mention difficulty in hiring reliable therapists. Any one know what happened to this business??
I am deeply disappointed to inform you that despite my best efforts, I have been unable to schedule an appointment with the merchant, and my attempts to contact them via phone and email have gone unanswered. I purchased a Groupon voucher for a service however, since then, I have encountered numerous difficulties in trying to redeem my voucher and secure a booking. I purchased a massage and facial from them, but no one ever answered to schedule an appointment for months. Voicemail box was full, and now the phone is disconnected. I’ve tried to email and never heard back from there either.
