Lisa is hands down incredible! I’ve had many massages and this is one of the best I’ve had. She’s intuitive and focuses on where you need it. I wish I lived here or I’d come every week!

After one class of Low Pressure Fitness with Lisa I was able to stand straight with good posture for the first time in my life! I know that sounds like an exaggeration but it’s not. One class! Thanks Lisa.

Lisa is the best! I’ve lived all over and have never had a better massage. Her wellness space and yoga is welcoming to all, and she truly cares about her client and the community.

All I can say is WOW ‼️‼️‼️ My body is having challenges due to the long and constant driving that I am doing. The aches were getting to the point that it was taking me all day to loosen up. If I drove that day, I was challenged. I got a massage from Lisa AND she found all of the tight spots in my body. She worked her magic to get them to release. I left feeling much better. I drove the next day with ease and freedom. After the 6 hours of driving I was still feeling great. Thanks to Lisa’s magical hands. I know I’ll be back.... read more
