Had a wonderful massage today! So excited for the next one :)
Today's sound bath was exceptional. The combination of acupuncture and the frequency of the sound bowls was next level for me!! I felt a release of my internal anxious energy which was replaced by feeling balanced and grounded. I may have fallen to sleep a few times. Most of all I enjoyed the instruction at the beginning explaining the process and intention of nothing the acupuncture and the sound bath.
