I have been going to ReNew for about 5 years and absolutely love it. Each class is a different experience and the coaches are always super supportive. You are encouraged to do exercises you may have thought you could not do. I feel so strong and greatly enjoy being part of this community.
Thank you to coach Alyssa shes very welcoming & has spicy strength session. Shes clear on the execution & guidance. i like the studio as well as the participants though im only visiting the burbs, the studio felt like a community. Thanks ladies!
I’ve been going to reNew for just over a year and have never felt better. Each instructor does a phenomenal job of focusing on different parts of the body, endurance, power, etc. dependent on the day. Nobody’s getting any younger, but I continue to feel my strongest and my best self (mentally, physically, emotionally) thanks to the team at reNew.
I love this place, it’s the best, you work together as a team, it can be intimidating at first but honestly you really become comfortable quickly 💕💕
