I got a facial with Dermaplane and add on eyebrow threading with Lubna. This is my second visit to the spa and I think I will be a regular now. The front office staff and the estheticians are all lovely and professional. Lubna understands my skin and asks through, thoughtful questions to ensure you will have a pleasant experience during and post your facial or treatment. She is also honest with her feedback and suggestions and I appreciate her for that. I am new to Cochrane and I am glad to have found a place that I like!
If I could give more stars, I would! That was the absolute most magical facial I have ever received! I have been Combing some extreme hormonal acne for the last three years. Most of the time at other places, my face leaves feeling more angry than when I arrived. And they don’t even do extractions in my past experiences! Honestly a disappointing experience. The staff there are truly lovely, but if you are experienced with facials, you will be disappointed. I got a custom facial, but there wasn’t anything custom about it. No skin analysis was done, and zero extractions, which was the main reason I was there. I wasn’t asked what my skin concerns were or what I wanted to achieve. I just had Courtney for my Botox and she gave me the best results I have ever had. She is a very kind and skilled nurse injector.
Isabelle was great to work with — professional, responsive, and easy to deal with. Highly recommend Renew and Refresh!
