I just did the breathing treatment and it was awesome! My chest felt lighter right away afterwards. I have also been demo stretch at my gym from Val… and I def need to get back in here for a full session!! Check them out! You won’t be disappointed
I did the Halotherapy “salt therapy” experience. I was greeted when I arrived and directed to the room where he explained everything I needed to know. 20 minute treatment and I feel great afterwards. Before going I was feeling heavy and congested. I can tell it loosened the congestion. The whole place smelled so refreshing also! Thanks for having me!
Valerie is heaven sent. My hips and back are always tight or in pain due to the work I do. Every time I see her, I feel like a new woman. Not only is she knowledgeable but a great human being with a huge heart. I always feel comfortable and safe in her care.
