Valerie is heaven sent. My hips and back are always tight or in pain due to the work I do. Every time I see her, I feel like a new woman. Not only is she knowledgeable but a great human being with a huge heart. I always feel comfortable and safe in her care. Valerie and her staff are amazing!!! I’ve had the pleasure to work with Valorie during a very painful time in my fitness journey. Immediately after seeing Valerie I was able to move around without pain. She truly has healing hands! I need to make it a priority to visit more often but she is the only one I trust and recommend to family and friends!! Oh I must not forget the cold plunge and sauna are amazing!!!!!
