My knees were struggling to keep up with the distance I wanted to run. Steph & Julia helped me get back to running with rehab strengthening exercises and a structured return-to-run programme. The follow-up and attention to detail were excellent. After later tearing a calf muscle, I received the same high standard of professional support. It’s clearly a family-run business, which shows in their approach and commitment. Highly recommend.
I’ve been seeing Justine Inifer for over 6 years - she’s the best massage therapist I’ve ever seen. Her technique is strong, precise, and always tailored to what I need, from deep tissue to pregnancy massage. She has a deep understanding of anatomy and always finds the root of the problem, not just the symptoms. She’s highly skilled, professional, and genuinely cares. I always leave feeling better.
Took my daughter here. Staff were very good and knowledgeable and very good with a young teenager.
