This review is for the admin department - I initially booked an appointment on 8/7 for today, 8/27 in anticipation of getting a referral from my doctor last week. I was sent onboarding forms on 8/25 (and I filled them out promptly within a few hours) and only now was I contacted on my appointment date, 8/27 and told they do not work with my insurance. I went to Renew for postpartum PT. Erin was professional and sociable and has helped me get back to my pre-baby self. Nikka is the true MVP for soothing my infant during my session so I could focus on the exercises. Overall, very clean, friendly and well run facility. They also take insurance, which is a huge bonus.
When preparing for labor, and later on, recovery, Dr. Erin supported me with thoughtfulness, expertise and a tailored program that evolved as my needs changed. You can tell that the doctors here are a real team who care about their work and their patients.
I really didn't think there was anything I could learn about the pelvic floor. After having a couple of back surgeries I thought I had to accept accidents or urgent rushes to the bathroom. Renew showed me a new direction that changed my life. Just a couple of visits and I feel like I have a new me.
I had a difficult abdominal surgery repair and had to start rebuilding the abdominal wall form a very weak point. Chelsea work with me for over a year starting from very gentle movements to restrengthening my abdominal wall. Wow, she has been so patient with me through the tears of recovery to supporting my recovery.
