I absolutely love this place to the point that I had to have my other knee done so I could come back and see everyone.
Very experienced and kind physical therapist with an amazing bedside manner. I have been to other physical therapists and they have physically hurt me. They wouldn't listen when I'm screaming it hurts. It's not like that at Renew. 5 stars across the board!!!!
When setting up my appointment I set it up for 9 am. When I got there at 8:50 am i was told my appointment was at 830 and they would work me in. My wife heard my appointment time and confirmed it was 9 am. I waited 1hr but could wait no more and left. I had spinal reconstruction and sitting in the waiting room chairs set my recovery back somewhat. I will be looking for a new office for my recovery to continue.
