I really enjoyed my experience at Renew Physical Therapy. I had the pleasure of working with Nicki—she was so warm, knowledgeable, and kind. She helped me with back issues I’d been dealing with and even gave me some at-home exercises to incorporate into my routine to help manage the pain. I felt really supported and cared for throughout the process. I’ll definitely continue coming back!
I had a very nice time at renew physical therapy in Novato. The staff is very professional and very nice. My knee is much much better after few sections.
Terrible customer experience. Called them on Friday, got an email confirmation with the appointment day and time, and when you show to the appointment they have no record of your appointment. Time and money lost on a visit, and what is worse, they don't offer any kind of help
