I have been going to Renew PT, Novato, after both my Total Knee Replacements, for 6 months now. I have been to several other physical therapy companies over the years and Renew is head and shoulders above the rest. They have the most consistent PTs who are experts in several fields of physical therapy, they are genuinely caring, and really nice. They also all have a 'wicked' sense of humor (I'm posting this on Halloween day 2025...and they all dressed up as characters from "Wicked"!!)
Okay, where to start . . . I have worked with Nicki, Tor, and Jackie at the Novato location over several years, each of whom has done wonders to ease pain and increase strength -- results I did not imagine were possible. I just completed physical therapy here after 6 months, and I highly recommend the Novato location! From day one the office staff’s communication and administration were excellent and the three physical therapists (ending with Nicki) and pelvic floor therapist, Imee, were all professional, caring and highly knowledgeable. My wife has been coming here for her therapy and we couldn’t be happier with the care she receives. Sadie and Mirna at the front desk deserve a big shout-out they’re awesome at scheduling and always so joyful to be around. On top of that, all the physical therapists here are incredible. They’re knowledgeable, caring, and truly dedicated to helping patients improve. Every visit feels welcoming and professional. We’re very thankful for this team!
