Excellent in every way - scheduling, equipment, service, professionalism of the PT staff.
i had partial knee replacement and went to Renew physical therapy in Novato for Rehab. Sadie, at the front desk was awesome, she got my initial appts set up and was often there when i checked in, very efficient front desk. Leela Satyendra was my physical therapist during my 4 months of rehab. I've been going to Renew for over a year now following a stroke. I've gone from being in a wheelchair, to walking with a cane, and now even taking steps on my own. I had in home physical therapy before I moved to Renew and I made zero gains compared with Nicki and the team at Renew. I would absolutely recommend. The entire staff if empathetic and accommodating and always make us feel welcomed.
Renew P.T. is very easy to to work with because they respond quickly when contacted for appointments. Their followup system was efficient so I was scheduled within a few days of my first call. Andrew, the therapist working with me, is an excellent communicator and has given me an exercise plan I can continue on my own.I highly recommend this office!
These people are really good at what they do. I’ve seen several therapists, all top notch. Each gave me their unique perspective and suggestions which have helped a lot. I highly recommend them.
