I am pregnant with our 3rd child and my husband gifted me with a 60 minute couples float for Mother's day. It was our first time floating. The float was excellent! So relaxing! The feeling of weightlessness and absence of stimulation are indescribable. I was also able to feel my baby move so well due to lack of external stimulus. I've been coming to Renew for about 5 years now and I can't complain. The staff are very helpful and it's always clean. I do the hour float which helps out with my arthritis. I'm so glad I found this place on this side of the river.
My first experience at Renew was simply lovely! I was greeted in a warm and friendly manner, everything about the infrared sauna was explained to me since it was my first time, and I really felt cared for. I signed up for a monthly membership to come back to the sauna once a month. The sauna really did help me feel relaxed the rest of the day and I think I slept better because of it.
