I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Renew Massage Therapy. I had scheduled a booking, only to be told that the date had been completely messed up on their end. Instead of making things right, they refused to allow me to reschedule or accommodate me in any way. To make matters worse, when I spoke to the owner, he was shockingly rude, disrespectful, and seemed to carry a lot of anger. For anyone looking for a genuine massage experience with attentive service and a clean, relaxing environment, I’d suggest finding somewhere else. There are far better massage therapists in the area who actually care about their clients’ comfort and well-being. Don’t waste your time here, this is not the place.
Rebecca was very thorough with my 45-min massage appointment and targeted all the problematic areas I flagged at the start of my appointment. Definitely left the clinic more relaxed and pampered!
Great experience! Compared to all the massage therapists around the Morgan’s Grant area, Renew massage therapy is by far the best one. When you feel your body the following day, that’s when you know the therapy was absolutely incredible. I feel this way and incredibly relaxing every time I get a treatment from here.
