Have been a regular here for over a year now and I only have good things to say. Rebecca is very nice and accommodating. I always come refreshed and relaxed after my massage appointments. Highly recommend!
Good place in Morgan’s grant! Rebecca is great and the clinic is nice. Great experiences only. Price is good and falls within my insurance coverage limits too, so that’s nice. I have never had a scheduling issue. Rebecca is very accommodating and easy to schedule with. Whoever Frank is sounds crazy, I would ignore that review.
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Renew Massage Therapy. I had scheduled a booking, only to be told that the date had been completely messed up on their end. Instead of making things right, they refused to allow me to reschedule or accommodate me in any way. To make matters worse, when I spoke to the owner, he was shockingly rude, disrespectful, and seemed to carry a lot of anger. For anyone looking for a genuine massage experience with attentive service and a clean, relaxing environment, I’d suggest finding somewhere else. There are far better massage therapists in the area who actually care about their clients’ comfort and well-being. Don’t waste your time here, this is not the place.
Rebecca was very thorough with my 45-min massage appointment and targeted all the problematic areas I flagged at the start of my appointment. Definitely left the clinic more relaxed and pampered!
