This clinic is extremely professional and offer services that provide real results. The staff are very knowledgeable and genuinely believe in the services that they provide. I would 100% recommend this clinic for services in the future!
This was my first appointment today (Sept 16/2025) and I must say it was very pleasant. The receptionist helped me to fill out the questionary, since I did not understand some of the medical expressions. My appointment (assessment of my veins) started even a few minutes before the schedules time and Dr. Louw explained everything to me about my veins and answered all my questions. Renew Laser in Penticton has, by far, are the best skincare specialists I have been to. Dr. Cruz always surpasses my expectations and I know I am in good hands, the rest of the staff are amazing as well
