I have to be honest that I was very apprehensive about making the initial call for an appointment due to an extremely bad experience I had with a recent facility doing the same thing that was very expensive, and the service lacked professional level. Talking to nurse Shay was a breath of fresh air. She explained in detail all of the questions I had previously but had no answer to; which was very informative.
