Great ambiance and professional staff. I like that they don’t make tipping feel mandatory. I personally prefer straightforward pricing — it feels more honest and relaxing when you can just enjoy the service without added pressure.

We have booked here 3 times for a party of 3 massages and facials. However, 2 out of 3 times now we get a confirmation notice that everything is set only to show up and find out we are not in the system and they can't perform what we booked for. We will not be going back to this Spa........

Disappointing Experience – Constant Cancellations! I had high hopes for Renew Day Spa, but unfortunately, my experience was nothing but frustrating. I had an appointment scheduled well in advance, only to receive a last-minute cancellation not once, but THREE times! I understand that things can come up, but this level of inconsistency is unacceptable. If you want TJ max products, Ross decor and Vinly gloves giving you a face mask go here. If you want luxury find something else. Watch out when you use a gift card, they called twice thinking I stole from them. Also person who bought the gift card left a tip, that definitely didn't go to the technician.
