I went into Renew Bath and Body for the 1st time today since I was in the neighborhood. It is a good thing everything in the store was 75% off (because they are going out of business tomorrow) because I bought some body wash that turned out to be horrible. The man told me it was really nice body wash from San Francisco. I got it home and it was very thin,an amber color and it smelled horrible. I will probably end up throwing it away. I placed an order in late December, but I inadvertently neglected to select shipping at the time. I paid the shipping fee on January 6, 2025, however, the shipping label was not created until January 27. Since then, I have not received any further updates on the status of my order. I have been following up with Mike on a weekly basis without receiving a response. Given the lack of communication and the delays, I am requesting that my order be canceled, as this situation is highly unprofessional.

I never received my order! I emailed Tom he eventually responded that he was looking into it. Never heard anything after that nor did I get my money returned to me.
