I've done the float tank and infrared saunas, which I LOVE. My daughter did the compression machine and it helped relieve some pain she was dealing with. Rebekah and her husband are so compassionate, welcoming and accommodating! HIGHLY recommend. Next my goal is to do the cold plunge!
