One of the oddest experiences i have ever had with a business. I made an appointment on their website for the Pleasant Beach location, but never received a confirmation. I called to verify and was told there was no appointment. SO I made an appointment for my wife with the person on the phone. When I called the day prior to confirm they told me that they chad cancelled the appointment and given it to someone else because I did not call again to confirm (???). The massage therapist was unprofessional carried on a conversation throughout the entire treatment without paying attention to my body and engaged in political and social subjects which I did not ask to discuss. I was too shocked because I just wanted to stop right there and then and walk out. I have rarely seen such unprofessional behavior and such total and utter lack of care for the patient's well-being.
