I enjoyed my relaxing, energizing and amazing 90 minute deep tissue massage with Amy Reed. I have seen her multiple times and have purchased gift cards for others to go and have the same experience. Highly recommend!
Every experience at Renew and Restore is positive! Recently saw Jessica P when I was experiencing piraformis pain! I had been to chiropractors, physical therapists, but she was the only person who could actually identify the root and origin of my pain and work to correct it!! 10000/10 recommend!!! Everyone at R&R is so wonderful!
Got a prenatal massage and have been in a lot of pain and Sierra was able to thoroughly get the knots while still being gentle and safe for my pregnancy, I would do this every week if I could! Also very reasonable prices
Booking was easy and establishment is very clean. Sierra was knowledgeable and listened to my needs and hit the target areas that have been bothering me.
Booked a prenatal massage and absolutely loved it! I had Jessica and she was able to get a lot of my problematic areas like neck, shoulders, and back. Pretty sure I fell asleep during the session with how relaxed I felt! Would definitely come back!
