See attached photos. The wood frame fractured 8 months in to normal residential use. The manufacture refused to replace awaiting appeal. The middle seat now sinks and cannot be sat on.
Very poor experience with Renegade Furniture Group products and Coleman service. The bed I purchased (made by Renegade Furniture Group) developed a loud squeak that wasn’t detectable at delivery. I provided videos and cooperated fully for weeks, but Coleman refused a return because delivery paperwork was signed. Months of back-and-forth and no real solution. Not recommended. This review is based less on the quality of the product and more on the level of customer service after delivery when I noticed the item was not what I had intended. I purchased the Roanoke Cherry Credenza in Nov. of 2025. The product was delivered in Dec. of 2025. Upon delivery, I noticed that the credenza does not have a front panel, unlike the staging shown on the webpage. They delivered a dresser from Coleman Furniture. They showed up on time and did a great job going up the stairs and placing it in my spare bedroom. They called in advance, as they said they would, and were polite. Great experience!
Was very disappointed that the table my father in law ordered came broken. The frame is just totally separated from the top and unusable as is. When we called, the only options were to pack it up and get a replacement in two weeks (which would not work for us) or receive a $150 partial refund (the table was almost $600). The delivery man who was putting it together was kind, but I’m upset that we couldn’t be recompensed more for having to now get it repaired.
