Renée’s workshop was fantastic and really helped clarify what’s expected of me in my role. As a team, we’re all so busy that we rarely get the chance to sit down and talk about these things, so the session was incredibly valuable. Renée was engaging from start to finish, and not a single moment felt wasted. The workshop was well structured, and she communicated everything beautifully. I usually struggle to stay focused in sessions like this, but this was genuinely one of the best workshops I’ve attended. :)
I wish I had the experience of the other reviewers. No presence or attention to detail on my file and unnesecary delays when I made it abundantly clear there was a time sensitive deadline. Upon the third ball drop I consulted another broker who had an approval for me in less than 24 hours. The way I was treated is absolutely shameful causing many sleepless nights. I regret getting involved with Renee and Katie, and I regret putting my trust in them.
