Was somewhat impatient, and wrote me a prescription for my perimenopausal acne without discussing any of the side effects or exploring other obvious options like hormone replacement therapy and pimple patches. I had the good fortune to have Renee as my clinical preceptor during my 5 week dermatology rotation. I consistently witnessed her kind, caring, and clinically competent interactions with hundreds of patients. She is incredibly knowledgeable and has an excellent bedside manner with clear, helpful patient education. She is an outstanding PA and an all-around wonderful human being.

My experience with this dermatologist for my 3-year-old son's eczema was disappointing. Instead of providing helpful insights or information about eczema, I left the appointment feeling uninformed and dismissed. The solution offered was merely more antibiotic cream, which seemed like a superficial approach. I expected a more thorough and informative consultation for my child's condition.
