Horrible service, horrible attitude, horrible people. don’t go here. I called with questions about making an appointment, and i was met with attitude and made to feel like i should already know the information i was seeking out from the people here. Easily the worst customer service i’ve ever experienced. Don’t go here.
Was somewhat impatient, and wrote me a prescription for my perimenopausal acne without discussing any of the side effects or exploring other obvious options like hormone replacement therapy and pimple patches. Luckily the pharmacist I picked it up from was good and warned me about the side effects and I decided not to take it. I had the good fortune to have Renee as my clinical preceptor during my 5 week dermatology rotation. I consistently witnessed her kind, caring, and clinically competent interactions with hundreds of patients. She is incredibly knowledgeable and has an excellent bedside manner with clear, helpful patient education. She is an outstanding PA and an all-around wonderful human being.
