Just left my appointment with Jacqueline. I have been to 5 boutiques looking for a MOB dress and this experience was perfection: she knew just what would look great on me! We narrowed it down to 2 dresses and I can’t wait to go back to decide. I had such a great experience shopping with her!
I stopped into the store without an appointment, just to browse, as I hadn't been there before. Jacqueline Kerik was finishing with a customer and within minutes she was helping me look for a dress for 2 upcoming weddings. We actually found one that I really loved but knew it would need a lot of alterations. I have ordered 3 dresses from Boca location. My sales girls were amazing. After my 3rd purchase when I went for my second fitting I was extremely disappointed by the rudeness I encountered. The gown was totally crooked in length, I had to argue with the woman to have it redone. I understand things happen, but she was extremely rude to myself and my friend. I had to go back again and received the same rudeness. I will not be purchasing anything else from that location.
Superb customer attention. I’m so happy with my custom dress. The measurements were perfect, the attention to detail was above and beyond. I felt appreciated.
