Ordered some items from Rene Herse - formerly Compass Cycles. The wrong part was sent. I have tried for several days to contact Rene Herse via email and phone about sending the item back for a refund and have never had any emails or phone calls returned. Very poor service. There is no reason to support a company like this when there are many alternative suppliers.
