Tres mauvais service!! Quand le meuble ne «fit» pas dans l’espace et qu’on demande un retour immédiatement, ils gardent un frais de 25% et donnent seulement un credit en magasin. Le meuble n’a pas été utilisé. JAMAIS je je ferais affaire là. Très très mauvais sevice !!
I needed a new bed a platform and both times I went, the agents were very nice, professional and informative. They gave me good advice and helpt me get a fast delivery. I am very impressed by the service! Also the 2 young guys that did the delivery were also super nice and professional and they did what would have taken me 4 hrs in not even 20 mins!
