Very good servuce and friendly atmosphere
Absolute jackpot choosing Renata and Co to represent us while buying out first house. I can say that both Renata and her husband couldn't be more knowledgeable and involved from start to finish. Approachable, involved, always available and ready to explain the process in great detail. Renata came as a recommendation from a co-worker of mine. I would surely recommend her further to anyone who's in need of thorough and reasurring solicitor who cares about her clients.
Rude, incompetent and aggressive! She will charge you for a consultation, which will be interupted by her answering all other calls in between (which your charged for). Your letters will be written with mistakes and grammer issues and when you ask to have them rectified she becomes agressive and rude. Please guys do not waste your time as she clearly is past her sell by date and I think she should retire now.
What a fantastic service! Friendly and down to earth. No issue a problem and so helpful. Dealt with sale of my late mother's house efficiently, effectively and without fuss. Couldn't ask for more and have recommended Renata to anyone who has mentioned conveyancing, will writing and related matters. Will certainly use this firm again, hopefully when I finally sell my own house. Fingers crossed.
