Been banking with these people for 12 years. I used the ATM at my job Taylor and the machine gave me a tore 20 $ . I took it to the Manager at Renaissance and I had 4,000$ in 20$ in my pocket to show him I wasn't trying to beat them. They would not take the bad 20$ back smh. I'm scared to leave my money in a bank where they give it back like this. My job made us deposit our checks that's why I used them. Seems like I made a bad choice smh.
