The interactions I've had with the people here and another branch has been top notch every time. My only point of contention is the hours. I left my hometown before I received my card and the bank visits are my only link to getting more funds when I need while Im in school here until I go back home. This location is open till 5 pm. I'm in school from 6am to almost 6 pm. So I'm in a spot. Other than that, I like this bank
