I made a complaint about the horrible experience I had with Renasant Bank. You know what they did? They sent me a letter in the mail to CLOSE my account I have had with them for SIX YEARS. My father and I set up that bank account together. He recently passed away and it blows my mind that this is how Renasant is responding.
Great bank
Service is very slow. But they are very nice and they take their time.
