I think that there are some discriminatory issues that this branch still need to address. I started account maybe about 2-3 months ago and ended up closing the account after my experience (side note: this was just supposed to be a bank that I placed my emergency fund into). The beginning process is seamless, from starting an account to checking your monies via the app etc, but, I think the real issues come when you ask the branch to be more than a basic branch. The staff is always friendly and willing to help!!! It's so nice that they remember you by name! Really gives the bank a great "hometown" vibe!!!!
