They keep sending a strange man to take pics of me to illegally lock me out. He’s trespassing and has been basically stalking these past few days. Don’t do business with them unless you want to end up fearing for your life and mental sanity.
Do NOT use Renasant Bank as a whole. They will sell your loan without asking, mentioning it until the next company contacts with a letter. (I nearly through it away as a part of junk mail but a gut feeling said to open it). I was then charged for autopay the next month as if my loan was still with them and instead of canceling the payment, it was then forwarded to the new loan company and now i have to pay double my mortgage this month. I've banked with this branch about 2.5 years, and in my experience the staff have always been cordial and helpful. All transactions have gone smoothly for me, and quickly was in and out. The other persons there when I was all seemed content with the service also. I.M.H.O. this is an excellent place to do banking. P McDaniel
