The Branch Manager, Carl Orso, was AMAZING. He was patient, friendly, and professional. I haven’t been the easiest customer to deal with so appreciate him and his staff.
Have not had my account very long but would not recommend at all! Terrible customer service. Will not help and does not care about customers.
Drove all the way from alabaster to this bank because the online hours show the drive thru hours being from 9:30-12 and arrived at 11:30 and no one was there. Nothing else I'd rather be doing today.
Wish I could give them less than one star I put my debit card on the wrong way since they have a new atm machine I go inside and was told they couldn't help me that my card issued had to release it. Well that's a big lie because my wife was on the phone with our card issued the whole time . Then they told me they didn't have a key🤔 well it's your atm and you contradicted yourself when you said the issuer had to release it first. I told them someone needs to open that machine and get my card out every dollar I had to my name... read more
