Staff always on POINT
I joined the Renasant bank/family in 2012 when they were on Airways in Southaven. Without a doubt, the service is TOP NOTCH in ALL the branches. Especially on Union Ave
Fairly friendly staff. I get really ticked off when the branch has posted hours, eg on Saturday, and they aren't open. I needed $10 bills and the customer service number assured me I would get all the help I needed but the machine didn't have $10 bills.

Renadant Bank is my favorite bank I've ever deal with. They pay excellent interest rates and the staff has always been very helpful in all of my banking needs
