Absolutely the worst home loan experience I’ve ever had. Every phone call brought new negative information or unexpected changes. We were told we were doing a one-time close, only to later find out there would be a second closing after we had already paid $4,000–$5,000 the first time, followed by another $1,700 in additional costs out of pocket, with them adding on top of that more closing costs into our financing without notifying us! I tried to get help my check there and the first teller was very nice and polite but the African American female teller I spoke with was very disrespectful, she literally just hung up in my face.
