I tried to get help my check there and the first teller was very nice and polite but the African American female teller I spoke with was very disrespectful, she literally just hung up in my face.
If I could give negative stars I would..where do i start? 1st had 2 over $500 fraudulent charges to go through on my account and only found out when my card got declined..had to jump through hoops to get my provisional credit or to get any answers regarding the investigation.
